本儀器采用ZSZ-6-A和ZSZ-6-B紫外線燈管及濾光片組成。ZSZ-6-A發出（短波254-mm波長，ZSZ-6-B出（長波）365-nm波長，一機亦能同時發出，混合兩種波長。
